DELIVERY COVERAGE Wine gift products can be delivered to most MAINLAND UK addresses at the prices shown. Deliveries cannot be made to offshore islands or a few places in the very north of Scotland.

MAKING THE DELIVERY It is essential that there is someone at the delivery address for the day of delivery to receive your gift.
All deliveries are made by courier and need to be signed for at the delivery address. Your gift will not usually be left if there is nobody at home. A calling card is usually left. A further charge may be made for redelivery.

Our Wine service is available for next "Working Day" delivery, Monday to Friday to London and most MAINLAND UK addresses. We also offer our London Express Service, for same day delivery to all any MAIN LONDON POSTCODE in London UK.
LONDON EXPRESS DELIVERY SERVICE
Some of the gifts shown in this Wine section are also available to send on our London Express, same day delivery service. MULTIPLE GIFT ORDERING Each gift offered through our website is priced as a total delivered price for that individual gift. Our order process will allow you to order as many gifts as you require to be delivered to the same or different addresses, making one single payment.
Our gifts are supplied by different specialist suppliers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.
Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.
We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day.
GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL Gifts containing alcohol and may only be purchased by an adult over the age of 18 years old. They may also only be sent to an adult over the age of 18 years old or for consumption by a person over the age of 18 years old. We understand that by placing an order each customer has read this statement and confirms their agreement to these terms. UK customers will need to complete a once only additional part to our order form to verify their age.
