SYMPATHY PRODUCTS
In times of beareavement our main thoughts go to sending flowers as sympathy flowers to the family at the house or for the service. In more recent times we now send Fruit Baskets to the house as an expression of sympathy. All orders are personally checked and we will always try to organise your requirements.

DELIVERY COVERAGE
Sympathy Flowers products can be delivered to any UK address, including Northern Ireland, the Channel Islands and the Scottish Isles at the prices shown. All deliveries may need to be signed for and are made by florist delivery vehicle. Deliveries to other countries including Eire may be possible on request but different products and prices will apply, please check our International section.

DELIVERY DAY
Same day delivery is normally possible for some but not all Sympathy designs shown. Please order the simplest product, such as Funeral Flowers in Cellophane, for a quicker same day delivery.
Whilst we expect most orders for sympathy products to be prebooked, especially Fruit Baskets, we will always try to assist with last minute same day orders.
Please ensure that the fullest possible information is provided on your order form and that you will be available on your contact phone number/checking your e-mail regularly should we need to contact you to discuss any problems which may arise.

ORDERING
Our order form allows orders to be placed up to 12:45 hrs for same day, 13:45 hrs Friday for Saturday delivery. Acceptance of same day orders and orders for early next day delivery will depend upon the product ordered and the delivery time required. Please be available to discuss by phone / e-mail for orders placed at short notice. Early Monday delivery may be difficult for orders received over the weekend.

MULTIPLE GIFT ORDERING
Each gift offered through our website is priced as a total delivered price for that individual gift. Our order process will allow you to order as many gifts as you require to be delivered to the same or different addresses, making one single payment.

Our gifts are supplied by different specialist suppliers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.

Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.

We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day.

THE RIGHT FLOWERS
We would ask you to choose between sending flowers to the house as an expression of sympathy to the bereaved family, where the flowers are designed to be kept at the house or to send for the actual funeral service, delivery to the house, funeral home, church or may be the crematorium.

It is very important to make sure that your flowers arrive at the correct location at the correct time.
