DELIVERY COVERAGE
Teddy Bear gifts can be delivered to any UK address, including Channel Islands and Northern Ireland, at the prices shown. All deliveries will need to be received and signed for, they are made by Royal Mail Special Delivery. Some deliveries may be made by Courier

MONDAY TO SATURDAY DELIVERY SERVICE
Please order your teddy bear gift by 12:45 hrs for next "Working Day" delivery, Monday to Saturday. Deliveries may take longer to a few areas in the UK, especially offshore islands. Please check the Royal Mail Special Delivery information. Our guarantee of delivery is limited by the Royal Mail ability to deliver.

MULTIPLE GIFT ORDERING
Each gift offered through our website is priced as a total delivered price for that individual gift. Our order process will allow you to order as many gifts as you require to be delivered to the same or different addresses, making one single payment.

Our gifts are supplied by different specialist suppliers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.

Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.

We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day.

GIFTS CONTAINING ALCOHOL
Gifts containing alcohol and may only be purchased by an adult over the age of 18 years old. They may also only be sent to an adult over the age of 18 years old or for consumption by a person over the age of 18 years old. We understand that by placing an order each customer has read this statement and confirms their agreement to these terms. UK customers will need to complete a once only additional part to our order form to verify their age.
