PRICES
All gifts shown on our website are offered at
a total delivered price. Extra charges may apply for
any extra services supplied, usually by specific customer
request, for any gift from our normal range. We have
one main exception to this where we offer the delivery
of our floral items to certain out of town areas in
certain countries internationally. Please see link
below.
All prices are charged by us
in UK currency and include UK Value Added Tax as appropriate
for the product and service provided. This is currently
17.5% within the price quoted but may not apply to
the full price where certain exceptions and conditions
apply.

IMAGES
We display a picture and product informationfor
each gift. Both picture and information are for guidance,
being as realistic and accurate as possible. It may
not be possible to show accurate pictures for all
products, especially where size and colour permutations
apply. A more general picture may be displayed with
a covering caption to qualify the size or colour difference.
We do not accept responsibility for any difference
between the picture shown and the actual product provided,
although every effort is and will be made to produce
information which is as accurate and true to life
as possible.

PRODUCT CODES
Each of our gifts will be displayed with its own unique
giftservice product code. If you using our website
as a catalogue intending to order by telephone or
by fax, we would like you to take a note of the correct
code for the product required. It will help us to
provide the correct product if you can tell us this
product code at the time of of ordering. Please be
aware of the similarity of some codes.

UP TO DATE
It is our intention that, as much as possible,
all details of every gift product are kept up to date
and should be available for immediate dispatch, under
our normal terms of working. This may not always be
possible at peak or holiday periods.

OUT OF STOCK
We reserve the right without notice to mark any gift
item, near to the actual gift information, when it
is temporarily out of stock. This mark will be removed
when new stock becomes available.
We must point out that, with
fresh produce like flowers, fruit and some other subjects,
it may not be possible to state items are out of stock
if this situation occurs on a short term or immediate
basis.
If any customer places an order
for an item which suddenly goes out of stock, we will
notify that customer very quickly, usually offering
a nearest alternative gift or a next projected date
when the gift will be available. We cannot be responsible
for any delays in delivery caused by a lack of customer
response to our messages. We reserve the right however
to make a substitution decision where urgent dispatch
to meet a delivery deadline prevents instant communication,
especially if the order has originated outside the
UK.

WITHDRAWN
We reserve the right to withdraw any gift stock item
or service at short notice when they become permanently
unavailable. In most cases the gift or service will
be withdrawn immediately from display on the website.
This may not always be possible under certain circumstances
especially at peak or holiday times.
If any customer places an order
for an item which suddenly becomes unavailable, we
will notify that customer very quickly, usually offering
a nearest alternative gift. We cannot be responsible
for any delays in delivery caused by a lack of customer
response to our messages. We reserve the right however

PRODUCTS
It is our policy to try to introduce new gift
products regularly throughout the year. These gifts
will appear merged in the correct sub section for
the main gift product. We will also introduce specific
gifts for peak occasions, eg."Mother's Day".
These specific gifts will normally be displayed within
the "seasonal" section for each type of
product.

We do not publish a printed catalogue as we consider
our website offers a more realistic, up to date and
immediate source of product information.
