Many of our customers find it very useful to browse
through the pages of our website to choose their gift
but prefer to call our telephone sales advisors to
place their order, often with the product information
on screen, in front of them, at the time.

welcome to call to discuss your order, still placing
it through our secure online order form or to allow
our advisor to take your complete order.

This service is probably only available for calls
originating in the UK.

If you are based in another
country, outside the UK, you will need to use our
international direct dial number. Here you need to
replace the + sign with the prefix code you would
normally use for any other call out of your country

Our telephone ordering service is available
during our normal office hours, UK time.
These
hours are listed below.

seasonal changes and do not include UK Bank Holidays.
We will normally list our specific opening days and
hours separately in a separate section covering changes
for peak occasions and holidays.
Please remember that outside
these hours e-mail messages will be read at most times
and we will try to reply to any more urgent e-mail
messages.

YOU CALL
When you call us by telephone our sales advisors will
be pleased to answer any questions you may have about
our products and services. We would ask you to check
through the information we offer in the sections of
our Customer Service Centre before calling. You will
find the answers to most questions in this section.
If you still need assistance we will be pleased to
help you.
If you are calling about an
order already placed please have your order reference
number ready to quote at the beginning of your call.
TELEPHONE ORDERS > SECURITY
When you call us to place your order we will require
quite a lot of information. As with our website all
the information that you provide will remain confidential
in different degrees. Firstly we should state that
we have no control over the security of the telephone
line being used to place your order.
The information given to our
sales advisor will be treated with different degrees
of security. It remains our policy, as for our website,
that your information is taken for the benefit of
processing your order. No information is sold or given
to any other party for marketing purposes. Some information,
like payment card details are completely confidential
only passed on to the card company as and if requested.
Your personal details we take
such as your name and billing address, phone numbers
etc. will not be given out to anyone without your
prior consent. They may be used solely by our business
for future contact with yourself for marketing purposes.
The recipients details will
be less secure as they are needed for addressing purposes
to ensure the efficient delivery of your gift. We
request the recipients telephone number as a critical
part of the order. This may not however be used, it
may mostly be kept by our office or our agent, in
reserve, for certain types of query.

When you first call to place your order we will
require the telephone number you are calling from
at the time of calling. At this stage we do not require
any other number. This will allow us to get back to
you if we are suddenly cut off.

Our simple but effective market research. We would
like to know where you found us from. This question
ties up with the information required on our online
order form with similar options.
We would like to know if you
have one of our plastic "Orange Cards".
If you have come from our website,
where or how did you arrive at our website. Had you
used a main search engine? Had you come from Scoot,
Talking Pages or Yell? Had you been recommended? See
our link below.
TELEPHONE ORDERS > WHAT
IS YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS?
You have chosen to place your order through our
telephone service. You may well have done this through
personal choice but still have internet connection
and especially an e-mail address. We would appreciate
knowing your e-mail address. We would prefer to communicate
with you by e-mail on your order if the need arose.
You are welcome to refuse this request if you do not
feel happy with this arrangement.
Please be sure, when giving
you e-mail address, to state where specific punctuation
occurs. We would value all addresses being spelt out
letter by letter. One mistake and nothing works!

This order process is very similar to the information
required for online ordering.

Gift Product: We will
discuss and advise you on the product you would like
to order. It will help you and our sales advisors
if you have been able study our gifts online. If you
have managed to make a choice before phoning, please
quote the following:

Card message: Please try to work out your card
message before phoning.
We will appreciate it if most words, especially peoples
names can be spelt out.
Please remember to end the card
with the senders name or names. Otherwise the recipient
will not know who has sent your gift. If you do not
sign your card we may be faced with a long process,
because of our rules on confidentiality, to answer
the obvious question from the recipient.
We normally allow up to 25 words
on the card message.

We require the following details for the person paying
for the order:

Billing address telephone number and/or customers

TELEPHONE ORDERS > CUSTOMER
DETAILS
THere may be times when two people are involved
with the order, one person paying for the order and
a second person, probably the person phoning to place
the order.
We would then require further
details for the person placing the order, known to
us as the customer:
Title, initials/name, Surname
telephone number and/or customers mobile number.
We offer the further option
of providing a customers address to allow us to send
you our contact letter, one of our "Orange Cards"
and a small free gift.
TELEPHONE ORDERS > FURTHER
CONTACT
For any order requiring a Friday/Saturday or early
Monday (funeral) delivery, placed by a customer who
would normally provide office contact telephone numbers
only, we would appreciate a customer/ agents home
contact number. We would only contact the person concerned
in the event of an important query or problem concerning
the order over that weekend period.
TELEPHONE ORDERS > HIGHER
PRICED ORDERS
We are always very pleased to receive higher priced
orders for any of our gift products. Where higher
priced orders are received it has become our policy
to run random checks on the order details provided.
This is even more important to us for any higher priced
order requiring urgent dispatch.
Please check that the billing
name and address details are absolutely correct. If
you have moved into the billing address within the
past 15 months you may care to provide a note of one
or more previous addresses, or even just postcode
and house number, where you lived previously.
Your assistance will be greatly
appreciated to allow us to handle your order with
the efficiency needed to achieve the delivery you
require. Please note that, your order may be put on
hold or cancelled by us, if we should we need to speak
to you personally about your order and we are unable
to make contact with you. We offer our apologies should
this happen but do not accept any further liability.

YOUR ORDER
As soon as you have completed your order details
our sales advisor will answer any questions you may
have and then give you some
reference information.
Please try to have a pen and
paper ready at this stage.
- You will be given a six digit
reference number for your order which should be
retained and quoted if you need to call us again
about this order. It can also prove useful in some
cases when placing further orders.
- You will be given the name
of the person who has taken your order.
- The total agreed price of
your order will be confirmed.
