We appreciate that some of our customers may not have
the facility at the right time in the right place
to order online. It may be more convenient to fill
in a fax order form and send it direct to our offices.
This may be particularly useful for people overseas
who cannot order online or customers at a place of
work where online ordering is against company policy.

When using this order facility
it is very important to supply the fullest possible
details to allow us to contact you. Although you may
have chosen to place your order by fax, we would appreciate
receiving your e-mail address and telephone number
for continued contact on your order.

Our sales advisors are ready and waiting to receive
your fax order. You are welcome to telephone and speak
to one of our sales advisors to discuss your order,
still placing it through our fax service.

Our fax ordering service is available during
our normal office hours, UK time. These hours are
listed below.

These times are subject to seasonal
changes, changes at peak occasions and do not include
UK Bank Holidays. We will normally list our specific
opening days and hours separately in the section covering
changes for these occasions.
Please
remember that outside these hours your fax order will
not be read.
Outside business hours, the
only way to send a message which has a good chance
of being read is by e-mail. E-mail messages will be
read at most times and we will try to reply to any
more urgent e-mail messages.

SECURITY
When you send your fax order we will require quite
a lot of information. As with our website all the
information that you provide will remain confidential
in different degrees. Firstly we should state that
we have no control over the security of the telephone
line being used to place your order.
The information faxed to our
sales advisor will be treated with different degrees
of security. It remains our policy, as for our website,
that your information is taken for the benefit of
processing your order. No information is sold or given
to any other party for marketing purposes. Some information,
like payment card details are completely confidential
only passed on to the card company as and if requested.
Your personal details we take
such as your name and billing address, phone numbers
etc. will not be given out to anyone without your
prior consent. They may be used solely by our business
for future contact with yourself for marketing purposes.
The recipients details will
be less secure as they are needed for addressing purposes
to ensure the efficient delivery of your gift. We
request the recipients telephone number as a critical
part of the order. This may not however be used, it
may mostly be kept by our office or our agent, in
reserve, for certain types of query.

Gift Product: It will
help you, to fill in your order form, if you have
been able study our gifts online. Please check out
the following details from our website and enter them
onto your fax order form.

Card message: Please
try to work out your card message before filling in
your fax order form. We will appreciate it if most
words, especially peoples names are checked for spelling.
Please remember to end the card
with the senders name or names. Otherwise the recipient
will not know who has sent your gift. If you do not
sign your card we may be faced with a long process,
because of our rules on confidentiality, to answer
the obvious question from the recipient.
We normally allow up to 25 words
on the card message.

We require the following details for the person paying
for the order:

Billing address telephone number and/or customers
mobile number.
FAX ORDERS > CUSTOMER
DETAILS
There may be times when two people are involved
with the order, one person paying for the order and
a second person, probably the person phoning to place
the order.
We would then require further
details for the person placing the order, known to
us as the customer:
Title, initials/name, Surname
telephone number and/or customers mobile number.
We offer the further option
of providing a customers address to allow us to send
you our contact letter, one of our "Orange Cards"
and a small free gift.
FAX ORDERS > FURTHER CONTACT
For any order requiring a Friday/Saturday or early
Monday (funeral) delivery, placed by a customer who
would normally provide office contact telephone numbers
only, we would appreciate a customer/ agents home
contact number. We would only contact the person concerned
in the event of an important query or problem concerning
the order over that weekend period.
FAX ORDERS > HIGHER PRICED
ORDERS
We are always very pleased to receive higher priced
orders for any of our gift products. Where higher
priced orders are received it has become our policy
to run random checks on the order details provided.
This is even more important to us for any higher priced
order requiring urgent dispatch.
Please check that the billing
name and address details are absolutely correct. If
you have moved into the billing address within the
past 15 months you may care to provide a note of one
or more previous addresses, or even just postcode
and house number, where you lived previously.
Your assistance will be greatly
appreciated to allow us to handle your order with
the efficiency needed to achieve the delivery you
require. Please note that, your order may be put on
hold or cancelled by us, if we should we need to speak
to you personally about your order and we are unable
to make contact with you. We offer our apologies should
this happen but do not accept any further liability.
FAX ORDERS > CHOSEN METHOD
OF CONTACT
We ask you to indicate your preferred method of
contact on your order form.
For UK based customers: we offer
to contact you by telephone, fax or e-mail.
For all customers outside the UK: we offer to contact
you by fax or e-mail. Telephone contact internationally
will only be made at giftservice discretion.
FAX ORDERS > ORDER RESPONSE
Please note we guarantee to process and reply to all
orders which are successfully received by fax. We
cannot be responsible for any orders which cannot
be read resulting from bad transmission or failure
to arrive. We will only be able to reply to those
orders if we know who the sender is and their contact
number.
As with our online ordering
service, all customers must consider that there is
a problem with their order if they do not receive
a reply from our offices within a reasonable amount
of time. This time must take into account our UK office
working times, international time differences, peak
period working and holiday periods.
All customers must contact us
if their order has not been confirmed within one full
normal working day of sending. Example: (1) sent Wednesday
12 noon UK time, reply should arrive by 12 noon Thursday
UK time but (2) sent Saturday 16:00 hrs UK time, reply
should arrive by 16:00 hrs Monday UK time. Replies
will normally be quicker than this, only a matter
of hours or even minutes during our normal office
hours.
FAX ORDERS > CONFIRMING
YOUR ORDER
Please send your order direct to our offices as
soon as you have completed and checked your order
form. As soon as your order has been received, our
sales advisor will check all your order details.
Providing all the details seem
ok your order will be charged to the payment card
details provided.
If we find any problems with
any order details, your order will be put on hold
until they have been resolved. You would be contacted
by your chosen method of contact.
- When your order has been checked,
charged and any outstanding queries settled, we
will confirm your order back to you using your chosen
method of communication.
- You will receive the original
copy of your order returned to you with added information.
- Any incorrect order details
will be amended.
- You will be given a six digit
reference number for your order which should be
retained and quoted if you need to call us again
about this order. It can also prove useful in some
cases when placing further orders.
- You will be given the name
of the person who has taken your order.
- The total agreed price
of your order will be confirmed.
