DELIVERY DATE
We offer the above link for every customer to be able
to check out the soonest day, delivery can be achieved,
relative to UK time, from the time of ordering. Most
deliveries are organised and guaranteed for Monday
to Friday. Saturday deliveries may be possible but
not guaranteed. There are no Sunday deliveries. Our
normal service will be subject to change for all UK
Bank Holidays and UK peak gift occasions. For more

DELIVERY TIME
We do not guarantee the time of delivery. Indications
of delivery times are given in our Royal Mail Special
Delivery Service information, see link below.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
We offer delivery of our teddy bears and add-on gifts
to UK delivery addresses only.
Deliveries can be made to England,
Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland, Channel Islands,
Isle of Man and most islands off the coasts of these
countries.
This service is not currently
available outside these areas. Please see link below

HOW IS YOUR TEDDY DELIVERED
Most of our teddy orders, especially where the teddy
is delivered in a single box, are delivered through
the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service. Here
we can achieve next "working" day delivery
to most areas.

NOTE THAT WE EXPECT SOMEONE TO BE AVAILABLE TO RECEIVE
THE DELIVERY AT THE DELIVERY ADDRESS ON THE REQUESTED
DAY OF DELIVERY.

necessary or where we are asked to provide certain
services we may organise delivery by courier. Please

CHOOSING YOUR TEDDY GIFT
We invite you to choose from our extensive range
of Teddy Bears. Most of our Teddy Bears are quality
bears supplied by Russ Berrie. Each teddy has been
carefully chosen merging the qualities of appeal,
value, size, colour and design. We offer a smaller
picture for each teddy listed with the option of clicking
on the info button to see a larger picture with additional
information. Our images are not intended to be to
scale. The sizes of most bears are stated in inches
and centimetres. These sizes are for guidance being
as accurate as it is possible to measure this type
of product.
We list and display each of
our teddy bears within categories designed to help
you choose the best teddy to match your thoughts.
The categories are subject to change from time to
time. Regular categories would include Large, Medium
and Small Bears, with Cats & Dogs and Romance
Bears always a favourite. Further categories are added
as we receive new stock, a seasonal category relates
to forthcoming occasions.
CHOOSING YOUR ADD-ON GIFT
When you have made your choice of teddy bear you should
click on the "ORDER" button this will take
you to the second stage of ordering where you can
choose your add-on gift. You will notice a picture
of the original gift chosen with its name and price
showing at the top of the page.
Here we offer a range of chocolates
and other confectionery, further small teddy bears
and other gifts. We intend to add a greater variety
of gifts in the future. Every gift is priced as a
fully delivered price.
You may select the "continue"
button at the top or bottom of the page if you do
not wish to order an add-on gift.
When you have chosen your gift,
please note you can choose more than one gift here,
you should click on the box immediately beside the
price for that gift to order it. You may of course
order the teddy bear plus an additional gift and still
request delivery of another product, see our next
section.
To finalise your order click
on the "continue" button at the top or bottom
of the page. This will move you to the order form.
Once again at the top of the
order form you will see at statement showing your
original gift plus the add-on gift or gifts chosen,
all listed and priced, showing your total order value.
If you intended to order add-on
gifts but forgot to click on the boxes these will
not show in your order statement, you should go back
and reorder.

COMBINATION OF GIFTS
Many of our teddy bears are delivered as a single
teddy in a box. We can add other gifts to this teddy
bear, these are offered as add-on gifts which may
be added at the time of ordering. These add on gifts
will normally fit into the same or slightly larger
teddy box.
We can however offer to send
one teddy bear with a choice from our add-on gift
range plus any balloon from our balloon range. We
cannot offer to send chocolates from our main chocolate
range in the same parcel. However, if chocolates from
our main range are ordered at the same time, on a
separate order form, for delivery to the same address
on the same day, as they are delivered by the same
method, they should arrive at the same time.
All these gifts are priced as
a total delivered price. This allows us to combine
any teddy bear with any add-on gift with any balloon
in theory. Where practical most gifts will be packed
and delivered in the same box. We do however reserve
the right to dispatch in two or more separate boxes
where it is impractical through volume or weight to
pack everything together.
Please state in the "extra
information" box on your order form for each
order where you would like the gifts combined. Please
remember this service is only available for certain
gifts from our range.
TEDDY OF THE MONTH
On the home page of the Teddy Bears section we display
a more prominent picture, with the usual links and
ordering facility, of our chosen Teddy of the month.
This bear will be one which we feel deserves the prominence
on this page and is available for immediate delivery.

PACKING YOUR TEDDY BEAR GIFT
Your gift will be carefully packed in one of our strong,
cardboard delivery boxes. The teddy, where it is the
main gift, will be placed in the centre of the box,
enclosed in complimenting colour tissue paper. Any
additional gifts are carefully packed around the outside
of the teddy unless a balloon is ordered to be sent
with the teddy bear. Here the balloon would become
the central gift. Every care is taken to protect each
gift.
When the teddy box is opened,
by the recipient, they should find the tissue paper
sealed with a label itemising the contents of the
box. On breaking this seal and opening the tissue
paper It is important that the recipient reads the
sticker and finds their add-on gifts before disposing
of the box.
Where the gift box contains
a balloon, when the seal is broken, the balloon should
rise out of the box being held down by the weight
attached. This process cannot always be guaranteed
and may be limited by the prevailing temperatures.
