We have stated in our section under customer privacy that we have a policy whereby we do not sell or pass on customer information to any other business or individual person. We do however use the information received from customer orders for our own marketing purposes, subject to our customer contacting us in writing to request no further contact.

Most UK based customers placing an order with giftservice.co.uk will receive a contact letter with one of our plastic orange contact cards, plus the possibility of a free gift. These cards will arrive by post in the period, normally around 4 to 6 weeks, immediately after the order was placed. We hope that every customer will find these cards extremely useful as they contain a reminder of our contact information.

We are always very pleased to receive any comments from any of our customers about their recent order. We value comments from both our customers and the recipients. We hope from these comments to continually strengthen our service.
We would always be very pleased to receive any digital pictures of products sent, especially where flowers or floral gifts are being delivered to another country. A reduced size jpeg image would be most acceptable as this would take less time to transfer. Ideal size would be around 20kb to 50kb. When sending any information please indicate the order details, especially the date or order number it relates to.
