This service expands the possibilities available with
our normal fixed product ordering. It allows us to
offer a vast range of permutations based on reliable
well designed products with a customer choice of colour.

Within this section you may choose from a range of
no less than eleven main floral products, covering
the full spectrum of the normal range offered in any
quality florist shop. Each product would be designed
by our florist within context and the colour selection
chosen

As soon as you have chosen the product that you would
like to send you may click through by a further menu
to choose your colour choice for that product. We
offer a variable number of colour options according
to the product chosen.

We offer a wide range of prices for each colour permutation
for each product chosen. The range of prices will
start with a lower priced item which can be expected
to provide a good but smaller version of the intended
product, through a medium range to larger and in some
cases very much large subjects.

Our intention is to offer our customers a degree of
choice in arriving at their desired product. Our florists
tend to stock a wide range of quality flowers and
we consider that the selections offered should be
available for most times especially with advance ordering.
We must point out that every
product and especially every colour selection is offered
subject to local availability at the time of delivery.
We allow our florist a degree of flexibility on interpretation
of colours chosen.
Our florist may have some problems
meeting cetain colour choices where orders are placed
at short notice for immediate delivery, later in a
day for same day delivery or on a Saturday for Saturday
delivery. Please see our notes on product availability,
link below.

YOUR CHOICE - FLOWER CHOICE
By ordering through this section we allow our customers
the ability to choose a product, the colours and the
price. We regret that we are unable to allow customer
choice of individual flowers unless they are mentioned
in the products offered.
We would ask you to contact
us before placing your order where any specific flowers
might be requested but not mentioned in the products
offered. We reserve the right to proceed with an order,
providing all others details are correct, where one
of our your choice products has been ordered, without
consulting our customer, if demands have been made
for specific flowers without prior consultation. This
will be most important where an order is required
at short notice.

YOUR CHOICE - FLOWER EXCLUSIONS
It is very likely that the price for any individual
product will need to be increased, especially where
minimum prices have been chosen, where we are asked
to exclude certain flowers. We reserve the right to
refuse certain lower priced orders on this basis.

YOUR CHOICE - PRODUCT DESIGN
We offer a range of at least eleven main products.
It is important to mention that while we expect each
product to be produced as a quality, well designed
floral item, representative of the product ordered.
We do not specify a rigid individual design to be
applied to that product only that it is produced in
the context of the idea intended.
Floristry is not a precise science
where products are produced in a production line mode.
Every florist is an individual, artistic, creative,
person. We allow our florist to choose the individual
flowers for your order against the product, colours
and price agreed and produce a well designed product
according to their local expectations. We must
state as part of our terms & conditions that the
product supplied will not be produced exactly as the
picture shown at the point of ordering. That picture
is for general guidance both for customer and florist.
Each customer should contact us before placing an
order if a particular design needs to be considered.

YOUR CHOICE - CUSTOMER REQUEST
We will be pleased to receive a request from any customer
for a product permutation which is not currently offered.
Providing we are given enough time, we would do our
best to organise such a request.
We reserve the right to amend
any offered prices, by agreement, where specific flowers
are requested and to refuse any orders where our recommendations
will not be reasonably met.
We further reserve the right
not to supply certain flowers if they are out of season
or unavailable on the requested date. Full notice
would be given.

YOUR CHOICE - IMAGES SHOWN
It has been our intention to provide a suitable image
for every product offered within the "UK your
choice flowers" section. We regret that it may
not be possible to offer a precise image for every
product to show the correct product in its correct
colours.
We need to state that, as part
of our terms & conditions, the images shown
will represent the general or theoretical basic possible
design but not exact design of the product intended.
In most cases it will not show the correct colour
intended. Colour is decided by the related script
next to the image. The flower content is only intended
to represent the design shown and may bear no resemblance
to the final product.
We must also point out that
one picture may be used for all prices within a product
range or specification and there is no inferred
link between the price offered, small or large and
product image.
The choice of accessories used
in the production of your gift will be left to the
discretion of our florist. Here our florist will combine
price and availability merging those thoughts with
their design of your gift. Accessories could include
the container used for an arrangement, cellophane
wrapping and so on.
We offer the opportunity for
any customer placing an order, to contact us, before
placing their order to mention any special requirements.
Any such request may only be accepted where time allows,
where our customer is prepared to answer our messages,
materials are available and prices can be agreed.

YOUR CHOICE - FLORIST CHOICE
Within the colour options available, we offer the
option of leaving the choice of colour to our florist,
the colours like the flowers will be chosen at the
time of producing your bouquet. We would expect our
florist to choose a inspiring bouquet based upon the
best flowers of the day.

YOUR CHOICE - SEASONAL FLOWERS
Here we would expect our florist to combine the topical
and typical flowers and colours for the season with
the best value flowers available, matched to the product
price, on the day of delivery. Typically we might
expect a red, orange, cream, yellow and white theme
around the autumn time, possibly yellow, white, cream
blue with a touch of pink in the spring and so on.
These colours are stated purely as possible examples,
not precise expectations.

YOUR CHOICE - PASTEL COLOURS
We would expect our florist, subject to availability
especially at short notice, to provide a choice of
more subtle, washed out, toned down colours. These
colours should not be described as bold or vibrant.
They could be taken from most of the main spectrum
colours completely mixed or selectively mixed. They
would be more suited to certain recipients, certain
conditions and certain reasons for sending.

YOUR CHOICE - BOLD COLOURS
We receive many requests for flowers in bold colours.
As with all our flowers the choice of the flowers
individually would be left to our florist discretion.
We would expect, subject to availability, to provide
stronger vibrant colours, these could include blue,
purple, red, dark yellow, gold, pink, dark pink and
so on. We would not guarantee that our florist would
use the colours just listed in full or part. It is
purely provided for guidance.

YOUR CHOICE - SINGLE COLOUR
We find increasingly that many customers are very
interested in a single colour theme. This can be possible
with some of the major colours like pink, yellow or
white, where we have a good range of flowers available
with plenty of selection on a daily basis.
We regret that we are unable
to immediately offer certain other colours like red,
blue, cream or orange as flowers are not always readily
available in these colours in sufficient variety and
quantity on a same day basis. We also find where they
can be provided as a one colour selection each product
will need to increase in relative price because of
the additional unit costs and availability of flowers
in these colours. If you should require this type
of bouquet please contact us before ordering with
notice and we will see what we can do.
Where a single colour choice
has been made, it is understood that, that colour
will be provided, in a range of shades of that colour
and flower types, at our florist discretion. It is
important to note that most floral items will contain
foliage of one or more types and colour shades. The
colour of the foliage will compliment the single flower
colour effectively providing an additional background
colour.
To be precise when looking at
many flowers they may contain tinges of another colour,
especially yellow within the composition of the flower.
This is especially true of single/daisy flowered chryanthemums.
We must state that this additional colour is understood
and accepted within a single colour theme as part
of our terms & conditions.

YOUR CHOICE - FOLIAGE
The choice and use of foliage within your "your
choice" order is left very much to the discretion
of our florist. The choice will be left to our florist
decision on the day of producing your gift, based
upon their choice of suitability for the product and
the foliage available on the day. If you have any
strong thoughts on any foliage you would prefer not
used please contact us before you place your order.
We will discuss your thoughts with our florist.
Although we normally understand
foliage as leaf type material, we sometimes have a
"grey" area of understanding where some
of our florists may include certain "filler"
type "flowers" such as gypsophelia or solidaster
in a product along with foliage. This choice bearing
in mind other criteria already mentioned is left to
our florist discretion. Any customer not wishing for
this type of material to be used, in their order,
should contact us before ordering to discuss. Alternatively
a request may be made in the extra information box.
We reserve the right to ignore such a request, if
the order is for delivery at short notice or our customer
fails to reply to our attempts at contact, should
there be a problem with such a request.
As foliage is an important part
of the construction of most floral gifts we may be
very reluctant to omit foliage from your order completely.
Exceptions to this could be single flower products
like red roses or all lilies where the flowers natural
foliage can be sufficient.
We would be unable to produce
certain products like a hand-tied bouquet without
any foliage or with just cetain foliages. This is
because the use of foliage is an intrical part of
producing that type of bouquet.

PRODUCTION & DELIVERY
All orders placed through this section will be produced
and delivered by our florists in or near to the delivery
address location. For the purposes of our website
information, orders under the "UK your choice
flowers" section, for all other aspects other
than the product choice, should be treated as part
of the UK Florist Flowers section.
