Our wide range of products have been chosen on the
understanding that most if not all of our range should
be available most of the time, within our normal dispatch
criteria.

PRODUCT OUT OF STOCK
The most likely time for products to go out of stock
will be peak occasions such as Christmas, Mother's
Day and Valentines Day as a result of heavy demand.
We will try to mark each item should it go out of
stock.
Products will also go out of
stock, as we sell out of a product, when they are
no longer available from our suppliers.
PRODUCT AVAILABILITY >
PRODUCT TEMPORARILY UNAVAILABLE
Occasionally, as a result of heavy demand or prevailing
weather conditions, we may find that a product becomes
temporarily unavailable. An example of this could
be, certain coloured flowers, like red roses.
This situation may only occur
for part of a day but could be, unusually, a few days
at the most. We will not expect to withdraw this product
but we would notify any customer ordering this product
on the basis below.

PRODUCT WITHDRAWAL
We reserve the right to withdraw a product offered,
without notice, should that item run out of stock
or if there are more serious but temporary supply
problems with that product. A product withdrawal notice
will be posted against the product where it is possible
to do so within the time scale. Any customer ordering
such a product would be notified, being offered a
similar alternative, where time allows.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION
We reserve the right to substitute the chosen item
with a nearest similar product, chosen at our discretion
when we have any problems with product availability
for any reason, whether such problems are displayed
or not.

PRODUCT SUBSTITUTION CUSTOMER NOTIFICATION
Where an order is placed with sufficient time to expect
a reply, we will normally advise of our intended changes
and wait a reasonable time for customer confirmation
that the change is acceptable. In the event of no
customer reply, providing we are satisfied with all
other order details, we would proceed with the order
sending the substitute product or products.
Where we receive an order at
short notice for immediate dispatch, we may at our
duty managers discretion, telephone our customer,
if they are UK based, to check out any substitution
offered and accepted. If we are unable to make telephone
contact or our customer is based outside the UK we
reserve the right to make the decision on substitution,
based on our understanding of the order and of our
product range. We would proceed with dispatch of the
order and then advise our customer accordingly.
