All prices
displayed on our website are shown in pounds sterling.
All orders, for all customers, wherever they are
and whatever their normal local currency, are charged
by us in pounds sterling.

CURRENCY CONVERSION
We rely on the cardholders card company, responsible
for the cardholders card which has been used to
pay for your order, to covert the charge into the
local currency in the billing country.
We must state that we have
no influence over the rate of exchange or any additional
costs involved. These costs, where and if they occur,
will relate to any card company or exchange costs,
will be borne by the cardholder and ultimately the
customer.
We wish to point out that
exchange rates can change on a daily basis, sometimes
more often. Different rates of exchange could apply
to an order if it is part charged on one day and
then part on another day, as a result of order amendments.
This could result in different charges appearing
on your statement.
The same could apply to an
order being charged on one day and in the unlikely
even of a cancellation being refunded on a different
day. As our orders are all charged in sterling they
would be refunded in sterling. The refund made would
be at the agreed amount in sterling. If we are refunding
the full order value, we do not guarantee that the
original amount charged in local currency will be
refunded, only the agreed amount in sterling. There
could be a difference in the amount originally paid
in local currency and the amount refunded in local
currency. This difference could be less but you
might even get more back!

CHARGING YOUR ORDER
It is part of our order system that all orders are
charged as they are processed before they are confirmed
to each customer as proceeding. We are not prepared
to delay orders or manipulate the time of charge.

LINE ENTRY ON YOUR STATEMENT
All transactions are processed by our sales advisors
in our offices. Your card statement will show the
charge being made by our main business name of "Rose
Petals Florist" in Salisbury, England. Please
consult the "about us" page for further
contact information.

PRICING POLICY
Most of our gift prices shown on our website are
fully inclusive of all costs. Each price will be
charged to include, the gift price, carriage and
value added tax, at the current rate, as and where
it applies and is appropriate. Additional charges
may apply, see note below.

EXCEPTIONS TO PRICING POLICY
There may be exceptions to this policy where additional
services are supplied.
One example of this is the
delivery service for certain International Countries
for deliveries to out of town areas where extra
delivery charges may apply. These charges are explained
separately. see list below
Another example would be where
extra gifts or services are supplied at a customers
request. This could be speedier or timed delivery
of an order, the inclusion of extra gifts in a delivery
which increased the parcel weight resulting in higher
delivery charges.
Each customer will be made
aware of additional charges where they apply or
have been agreed.
