section is entitled "Name on Card" Please
enter the name as shown on the payment card.

If your name on the card does not show a title for

CORRECT NAME
Please enter only the name of the actual cardholder
even if it is not the same as the customer name.
The card details are for billing purposes only and
separate from the order details.

NAME AS ON CARD
Your name should be entered as it is shown on the
card even if you consider the details on the card
to be incorrect or mis spelt. You may add an extra
note pointing out a mistake on your card in the
"extra information" box if you wish.
