form. The payment card Billing address, Town, County/State,
Country and Postcode/Zip code should be entered in
the lines after the "Expiry Date"

Please supply the fullest possible billing address
details. These are required for our records. We may
be obliged to provide them to the payment card company
on request. Your details would not be passed on to
any other party without your prior permission. They
may be used, by us, to provide you with further details
of our services. Our policy is to protect your interests
and keep all details confidential.
There are two main address boxes
in the payment section of the order form. These are
followed by further boxes for the main town, county,
country and postcode. Please enter the address details
into the correct box. It would help if you could enter
the main "town" shown in the address in
the "town" box but if the address only reflects
a main village this should go in the "town"
box.

We will always require what is called the "billing
address" for the payment card used. This is the
current address which the payment card company issuing
the card currently have on file for that card. It
is probably the address to which the payment card
statement is sent to the cardholder. We do not require
any other address for the card. If there are any special
cicumstances surrounding the card address please explain
in extra information or send us a separate e-mail
to keep us informed.
We may be refused payment on
your card, for certain orders, if the address details
given do not match the details which are on file for
that card with the card company.

The "town" box as mentioned above should
identify the main town (or if no town should be shown
in the address, the main village)

Depending upon from which country you are sending
your order, you should have a county or state shown
in your address. In England this would be a county
such as "Worcestershire". In the USA a state
such as "Maryland". In Australia a state
such as "New South Wales" or it could be
an area or province as applies in some other countries.
Please try not to abreviate.

Please supply the postcode or zip code which is included
in your address. In England this might be something
like AB24 5DR, in the USA usually a 5 digit number
like 90640, in the Netherlands an alphanumeric code
like 2741HB but in the Irish Republic and some other
countries, you might not have a code so please enter
"NONE"

Please enter the country, as shown in the billing
address. Please show the country name in full. We
may not always understand that UAE refers to United
Arab Emirates. It becomes so automatic to use short
codes or abreviations but with some countries we may
not always understand the significance.

Whilst we expect that most customers will supply and
fill in their card details correctly, some errors
do occur from time to time. Details can be misread
or mistyped.
Where we receive an order with
incorrect card details we will be unable to process
and confirm that order until those details are clarified
and corrected.
Every effort will be made to
contact the customer by e-mail or telephone for UK
customers to check the details concerned. We can only
proceed when we are able to clarify the situation.
We cannot accept any responsibility for any delays,
disappointments, criticism, complaint or request for
compensation arising from such a delay.
