When you have completed filling in your order form. Please take a few moments to go back up the form to check that you have filled in all the boxes, especially those with a red star which must be filled in for the order form to work and continue.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER > SENDING YOUR ORDER
At the bottom of the order form you will find two buttons. The "Reset" button and the "Send Order" button.
The "Reset" button is provided to allow you to clear your order form and start again. Be very careful, if you click on this button, having spent some time filling in your order form, everything will be lost!!!
The "Send Order" button allows you to complete and send your order through to our site. If you are happy to send your order having checked all details please press the "Send Order" button.
CHECKING YOUR ORDER > INCORRECTLY FILLED ORDER FORM
When you click on the "Send Order" button our system will check that you have filled information into all the fields which have a red star. If you have missed a field or fields, your order will not be sent and a simple list report will be displayed on screen to show which fields have not been correctly filled.
Please read this report, list and note any items missed. You can then return to your order, correct the missed items and try to resend your order. At this stage if you have made all the necessary corrections your order will be sent to our offices. If there are still some errors another error report will be published. This cycle will continue until the order is successfully completed.

CHECKING YOUR ORDER > THANKYOU SCREEN
If you had filled all your order form in correctly with no missed red starred boxes and no drop down boxes ingnored, providing you are still online ok, your order will be sent to our site.
At the same moment as the order transfers, providing you entered your e-mail address correctly, you will receive an immediate response of a "Thank you" screen, showing your main order details. This will prove that your order has been sent correctly.
In a few moments you should receive an e-mail from our system further confirming your order details as you have entered them.
