ALTERING ORDER DETAILS
> CHANGES TO YOUR ORDER
We like to think
that once you have correctly filled in and sent your
order, that it is all correct and there will be no
need for any changes. On the other hand, you may feel
that you need to alter some order details. Please
contact us through the "contact us" link
at the bottom of this page.
Whilst we would always hope
that in an ideal world, all order forms can be filled
in correctly and no further problems arise, in real
terms mistakes are made and changes occur.
These come in two stages:

ERRORS DISCOVERED IMMEDIATELY
Errors which are found on your order form and
at the immediate time of ordering are covered by our
previous section, "immediate order errors "
see link below. We presume that these errors are found
soon after ordering and before your order has been
processed or gone too far. In this case we can probably
put things right.

ALTERING ORDER DETAILS >
CHANGE OF CIRCUMSTANCES
Subsequent changes can become a little more difficult
to correct, according to when they are discovered,
the nature of the problem and the gift product involved.
Examples of this could be:
recipient gone home from hospital, recipient moved
house, recipient gone on a sudden holiday, recipient
died, telephone number changed, recipient not at work
on delivery date.
Please contact us by e-mail,
as soon as you discover any problem concerning your
order, do not re send your order, as this will cause
duplication. All messages will be read and acknowledged
as soon as possible according to the UK day and time
of day they are received.
If your order is urgent or
about to be delivered and the error is critical, during
a normal UK working day, please consider telephoning
our office immediately.

The sooner we are aware of any
problem the sooner we can try to do something about
it. Our ability to correct any errors or mistakes
will depend upon how far your order has progressed
in our system. If it has passed the point of dispatch,
any changes may well be out of our hands, but we will
always do our best to help.
