INTERNATIONAL EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES > OVERVIEW
We have tried to include all delivery charges in the total price published
for each gift on our website. It has not been possible to maintain this
situation with deliveries to the countries listed below where higher extra
delivery charges apply to individually named towns or areas.

You will notice we have added four stars after the name of the country
where the country name is shown in our list of countries and through the
ordering process.

Where you see this effect with a country you should check the link below
to cross reference the name of the smallest village, smallest town or
the district, in that order, shown in the delivery address. The smallest
place in the address is the key to the charges.
The product prices shown for the country reflect the normal product
delivered to a main place where no extra delivery charge applies.
Example: Cayman Islands > Grand Cayman shows as £0.00 extra
and carries no extra charge.
If your address shows a place which is not included in our list it may
mean that we will need to check a price and feasability for delivery to
that place. On the other hand it could mean no extra delivery cost but
this is unlikely.
We reserve the right to come back and request further charges if you
fail to show a place in your address which would have needed extra delivery
charges whether it is in our list or not. We cannot be responsible for
any delays which may occur.
INTERNATIONAL EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES > ADDING EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES
It is important that you are aware of where an extra delivery charge applies,
you may check this from our links below.
Where an additional charge applies you should order your gift in the
normal way by choosing your gift and clicking on the order button at the
chosen price. When we receive your order we will check the address and
add the correct extra delivery charge to the total order value.
Example: Cayman Islands > Lower Valley > £11.00
Any extra delivery charge added will be mentioned in your order confirmation,
added to your total invoice value and charged to your payment card before
we proceed.
INTERNATIONAL EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES > PRIOR AGREEMENT TO CHARGES
You may add a message in the extra information box on your order form
to state how much you have understood the extra delivery charge should
be. If you feel you would prefer, you can send a message to state that
you would like to proceed with your order whatever the additional cost.
INTERNATIONAL EXTRA DELIVERY CHARGES > EXCHANGE RATES
Current exchange rates are taken into account in compiling the list extra
delivery prices. These prices are maintained along with all of our international
prices against an international conversion for the British pound. As the
British pound remains reasonably stable our prices have remained the same.
In the event of any sudden changes in exchange rates or delivery charges,
we reserve the right to alter any extra delivery charges on a temporary
basis, advising our customers individually, until our published details
can be amended.

We list below the countries where additional delivery charges apply. Each
country name provides a link to a separate page showing the villages,
towns or districts within that country and their extra delivery charges.
