Christmas / New Year Deliveries 2009

DELIVERY DATES CHOSEN FOR OUR GIFTS ARE REQUESTED DAYS NOT GUARANTEED DAYS. (See below)

Ordering ahead of the requested delivery day:

Each gift on our website is marked with the soonest possible delivery date. Same day delivery is available for some gifts but most are next working day according to when you place your order.

We recommend that you treat Tuesday 22nd December as the last delivery date before Christmas when booking in advance. This allows a small margin for any delays or unlikely problems.

Some gifts will be available for delivery after Tuesday 22nd December all subject to being sold out. We anticipate some late placed orders still being possible up to Christmas Eve especially for flowers and Courier Plants.

Saturday deliveries:

We do offer a Saturday delivery service for some gifts which will still apply on Saturday 12th December and Saturday 19th December. The cost of delivery can be higher where courier delivery is used for that gift.

Gift Availability:

We will maintain as many gifts on our website for ordering as long as possible before Christmas. Unfortunately, each gift will go out of stock or be withdrawn completely when we are unable to supply it. Our stock status is not running as live stock and occasionally, because of the speed of sales at this time of year, some gifts may sell out quicker than we can withdraw them. We will notify any customer as quickly as possible should this happen.

Delivery Date Chosen:

Please remember that the delivery date on our order form is a "Requested" delivery date not a guaranteed delivery date. We will do all that is possible to achieve delivery on your requested date but at this time of year delays and occasional courier problems can occur which are outside our control.

Late Orders:

We expect to be able to accept last minute orders right up to Wednesday 23rd December for a limited range of gifts for next day delivery on Christmas Eve. Delivery will remain on the basis that we will do the best we can but not completely guaranteed. Any orders where delivery fails would be delivered on the soonest possible day after Christmas.

27th December
28th December
29th December
1st January 2010
2nd January 2010
3rd January 2010

Monday 4th January - 09:00 hrs to 16:00 hrs - NORMAL HOURS RESUME

During the Christmas Holiday period Thursday 24th December to Sunday 3rd January:

Any orders received will be read and checked and we will do all we can to arrange deliveries on an "As Soon As Possible" basis.

Any e-mails received during this period will be read and we will respond but response times will vary on different days.
