DELIVERY DAY - Helpful Information:

COURIER DELIVERIES

We often believe it is better to request delivery on the day before Valentine's Day for most of our gifts. This will ensure your gift has arrived ready for the day itself. We can never predict delivery times and gifts ordered for the 14th, may not be delivered, especially by courier, until late in the day. If delivery is to a home address and the recipient is at work they would not receive the gift until the evening or delivery might fail if there was nobody at home in the day.

FLORIST DELIVERED FLOWERS

Florist delivered flowers, ordered through our Flowers, Your Choice Flowers, Flowers & Balloons, Flowers & Chocolates, Flowers & Teddy, Flowers & More sections are intended to be delivered on the day of the 14th, unless otherwise requested. It is very important to note that we cannot accept requests for timed deliveries and do not guarantee the time of delivery. Deliveries are at our florists discretion. We expect to be able to accept orders placed even on the 14th, subject to local flower/gift availability.

LONDON EXPRESS DELIVERIES

We offer delivery of gifts through our London Express Delivery Service. This service will be available on the day of Tuesday 14th February. Here we can delivery to addresses in London with a main postcode - N, NW, SE, SW, E, W, etc, This service can be used by request for addresses just outside the main London postcodes but each gift could cost a lot more.
