If you have not used our order system before, please fill in details for contact. These details will form the basis for your receipt. If the order is for a business please fill in your name and the business details. Fields with a red star are compulsory.

DELIVERY DAYS
The normal delivery days for this gift are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (except UK Bank Holidays)
Orders for Saturday delivery must be received by 13:45 hrs on the Friday preceeding the Saturday.

DELIVERY TIME

We regret that we are unable to guarantee the time your order will be delivered although delivery is expected any time through the working day from early to about 18:00hrs. We would expect that any deliveries to business addresses would be made in business hours. We will accept specific requests for delivery towards a part of a day for an important reason and pass those requests on to our florist who will often help where they can. We cannot guarantee that such requests will always be possible.
DELIVERY DATE
Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.
We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day.
DELIVERY COVERAGE
This gift can be delivered to most addresses in the United Kingdom.
We may have a few areas of non coverage from time to time. We will always notify you if there is a problem with the delivery address on your order form.

DELIVERY METHOD
This gift will be delivered by florist delivery van. (click on link for more information about delivery)
DELIVERY RECEIPT
Your order will be accepted on the basis that someone will be at the delivery address to receive and sign for your gift.
DELIVERY DETAILS
Please fill in the requested delivery details to allow us to send your gift to the correct recipients and address. Please capitalise first letters of words.
For returning customers a link has been provided, "click here to enter details from previous orders" to allow you to enter address details from previous orders into your new order.
RECIPIENT NAME
Please address in a formal way and enter one person as the main focal recipient. Please use the card message formore names.
DELIVERY ADDRESS
Please fill in fullest details including county. For London this is both Town and County. A correct postal code is very important.
PHONE NUMBERS
Contact phone numbers are given to our delivery people but are most important to us to maintain our standard of service in the event of a query or problem. We do not automatically call the recipient. A land based and a mobile number are becoming very important.
GIFT CARD MESSAGE
Please fill in this box with your personal gift card message. It will show "from + your name" as a default. This may be removed but will be used unless changed. We limit the card message to about 25 words. This is shorter for a few gifts.
CONTINUE
When you have completed this part please click on the "CONTINUE" button, to go to the summary page. A message will draw your attention to any incomplete fields.

 

SUMMARY PAGE
Here you will see the summary of all your current order information by order. You have the opportunity to return to the delivery details to make changes but not to change the gift itself. At this point you have 2 choices:
CONTINUE TO PLACE ANOTHER ORDER
Click on the button entitled: "add ANOTHER gift to my order" to go on to place another order. This can be for a totally different gift to another person for another day. You will go through the order process again OMMITING the registration and the age check parts. You can order as many gifts as you need in this way coming back to the summary page at the end of the process.

Please note:
Our gifts are supplied by different specialist packers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.
PAY FOR YOUR ORDER
When you have finished ordering and checked your summary page you should go on to pay for your order. Click on "go to SAGE PAY payment pages" button. This will take you to the secure SAGE PAY website where you should follow the options to make your payment. Your payment does not need to link to the other information entered for your registration or age check.
We accept payment by most major internationally registered cards - Amex, Visa, Mastercard. Maestro, also PayPal.

 

COMPLETION
At the end of this process you will return on screen to our website to view the "Thank You" screen. At this point you will receive by e-mail a copy of your order.
Your order will be manually checked at our offices at the earliest opportunity. If we have any questions about your order information you will be sent an e-mail. Please check for any messages. As soon as we have processed your order we will send you an order confirmation. This document becomes your VAT receipt which should be retained if needed for business purposes.

 
FURTHER INFORMATION
ORDER ACCEPTANCE CUT OFF TIMES:
12:45 hrs is the weekday cut off time for next working day delivery.
13:45 hrs is the cut off time on a Friday for a Saturday next day delivery.

If you are ordering on or just after this cut off time try entering "ASAP" as your order date on the order form. We will organise for the soonest possible, which could be sooner than the next day offered by the order form but not guaranteed.
SATURDAY DELIVERIES:
We can accept deliveries for a Saturday up to 13:45 hours on a Friday afternoon, for this gift.
Please make sure there will be someone at the address if the delivery address is a business address.
We are unable to guarantee organising orders received after 13:45 hrs on a Friday for Saturday delivery. Please contact us first if late orders are required.

SUNDAY & BANK HOLIDAYS:
There will be no deliveries on a Sunday (except UK Mother's Day) or any UK Bank Holiday any order received for these days will be changed for delivery on the next possible working day.
