UK Florist Flowers - Delivery Information
Information to help you enter the soonest possible delivery date for for gift:
PRODUCT CODES:
The information on this page refers to gifts with a product code starting with the letters "UK" and "QU". Gifts with these product codes will occur in different sections on the Giftservice website. Other products in the same section may have a different product code and different delivery information may apply.
 

ORDER FORM DELIVERY DATE
The chart below is designed to help you enter a viable delivery day/date into our order form. The day/date you enter is a request from you which will confirmed on your order confirmation document containing your order reference number. Our order form will accept any date entered from the list provided, that date is still subject to our confirmation.

 
BANK HOLIDAYS
Our order form may not recognise Bank Holidays - Please read separate Bank Holiday information which applies for all UK Bank Holidays. Requested delivery dates may be changed where they are not possible after a Bank Holiday even if they appear on our order form.
 
MULTIPLE GIFT ORDERING
Each gift offered through our website is priced as a total delivered price for that individual gift. Our order process will allow you to order as many gifts as you require to be delivered to the same or different addresses, making one single payment.

Our gifts are supplied by different specialist suppliers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.

Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.

We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day.
 
DELIVERY DAYS
Normal delivery days for our UK Florist Flowers are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (except UK Bank Holidays)
Orders for Saturday delivery must be received by 13:45 hrs on the Friday preceeding the Saturday.

 
DELIVERY TIME
We regret that we are unable to guarantee the exact time that flower orders will be delivered.

FLOWER ORDERS
Any requests received will be read and those requests passed to our florist. We cannot guarantee that our florist will deliver to any time request unless we have specifically confirmed a timed request can be done. Timed deliveries are not a normal feature of this service. In some cases extra charges might apply.
SYMPATHY FLOWERS
The delivery of Sympathy Flowers is usually made by a time not at a time. We need to receive as much information as possible to achieve delivery. see Sympathy section information
 
DELIVERY COVERAGE
All products offered in our UK Florist Flowers section can be delivered to most addresses in the United Kingdom.
We may have a few areas of non coverage from time to time. We will always notify you if there is a problem with the delivery address on your order form.
 
DELIVERY METHOD
Your UK Florist Flowers will be delivered by florist delivery van. (click on link for more information about delivery)
 
12:45 hrs is the weekday cut off time for next working day delivery.
 13:45 hrs is the cut off time on a Friday for a Saturday next day delivery.
If you are ordering on or just after this cut off time try entering "ASAP" as your order date on the order form. We will organise for the soonest possible, which could be sooner than the next day offered by the order form but not guaranteed.
 
The information below refers to UK Flowers & Gifts products marked in this section for same day delivery. A further 24 hours notice should be added to the times below where an individual product is marked on its order page as "Next Working Day" delivery.

SATURDAY DELIVERIES: We can accept deliveries for a Saturday up to 13:45 hours on a Friday afternoon. Please make sure there will be someone at the address if the delivery address is a business address.
We are unable to guarantee organising orders received after 13:45 hrs on a Friday for Saturday delivery. Please contact us first if late orders are required.
SUNDAY & BANK HOLIDAYS: There will be no deliveries on a Sunday (except UK Mother's Day) or any UK Bank Holiday any order received for these days will be changed for delivery on the next possible working day.
This chart applies for most weeks of the year except UK Bank Holidays and around main occasions like Christmas/New Year, Valentines's Day, UK Mother's Day and Easter when a separate information link will be displayed in the box above right.
