Information to help you enter the delivery date for your gift:
PRODUCT CODES
The information on this page refers to all gifts in the Teddy Bears section. It applies to all gifts with a product code beginning with the letter "TED".
 

ORDER FORM DELIVERY DATE
The chart below is designed to help you enter a viable delivery day/date into our order form. The day/date you enter is a request from you which will confirmed on your order confirmation document containing your order reference number. Our order form will accept any date entered from the list provided, that date is still subject to our confirmation.

 
BANK HOLIDAYS
Our order form may not recognise Bank Holidays - Please read separate Bank Holiday information which applies for all UK Bank Holidays. Requested delivery dates may be changed where they are not possible after a Bank Holiday even if they appear on our order form.
 
MULTIPLE GIFT ORDERING
Each gift offered through our website is priced as a total delivered price for that individual gift. Our order process will allow you to order as many gifts as you require to be delivered to the same or different addresses, making one single payment.

Our gifts are supplied by different specialist suppliers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.

Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.

We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day.
 
DELIVERY DAYS
Normal delivery days for our Teddy Bear gifts are:
Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (except UK Bank Holidays)
 
DELIVERY TIME
We regret that we are unable to guarantee the time your gift will be delivered although delivery is expected before 13:00 hrs
 
DELIVERY COVERAGE
Our Teddy Bears gifts can only be delivered to addresses in the United Kingdom. (England, Wales, Scotland, N.Ireland Channel Islands and UK offshore islands.
 
DELIVERY METHOD
Your Teddy Bear gift will be delivered by Royal Mail Special Delivery.
Please Note: We use the Royal Mail Special Delivery Service to make Teddy Bear deliveries. Our guarantee of delivery is limited by the service provided by the Royal Mail.
 
ORDER CUT OFF TIME
14:45 hrs is the weekday cut off time for next working day delivery.
If you are ordering on or just after this cut off time try entering "ASAP" as your order date on the order form. We will organise for the soonest possible, which could be sooner than the next day offered by the order form but not guaranteed.

* BUSINESS ADDRESS DELIVERY
Some deliveries to a business address may not be possible on a Saturday where there is nobody available to receive and sign for your gift. Should delivery be requested, attempted and fail on a Saturday a calling card may be left and the gift may have to be collected by the recipient from the local Royal Mail sorting office.

This chart applies for most weeks of the year except UK Bank Holidays and around main occasions like Christmas/New Year, Valentine's Day, UK Mother's Day, Easter and father's day when specific delivery information will be displayed on this website.
