Sympathy - Delivery Information

Information to help you enter the soonest possible delivery date for for gift:

Entering the delivery date on your order form:
The chart below is designed to help you enter a viable delivery day/date into our order form. The day/date you enter is a request from you which will confirmed on your order confirmation document containing your order reference number. Our order form will accept any date entered from the list provided, that date is still subject to our confirmation.

Normal delivery days for our Sympathy Flowers are:

Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday & Saturday (except holidays)

DELIVERY TIME

We regret that we are unable to guarantee the exact time that flower orders will be delivered.

FLOWER ORDERS
Any requests received will be read and those requests passed to our florist. We cannot guarantee that our florist will deliver to any time request unless we have specifically confirmed a timed request can be done. Timed deliveries are not a normal feature of this service. In some cases extra charges might apply.
SYMPATHY FLOWERS
The delivery of Sympathy Flowers is usually made by a time not at a time. We need to receive as much information as possible to achieve delivery. see Sympathy section information

DELIVERY COVERAGE

All products offered in our Sympathy section can be delivered to most addresses in the United Kingdom.

DELIVERY METHOD

Your Sympathy order will be delivered by florist delivery van. (click on link for more information about delivery)

12:45 hrs is the weekday cut off time for next working day delivery.
16:00 hrs is the cut off time on a Friday for a Saturday next day delivery.
If you are ordering on or just after this cut off time try entering "ASAP" as your order date on the order form. We will organise for the soonest possible, which could be sooner than the next day offered by the order form but not guaranteed.

Please try to allow as much notice as possible for Sympathy deliveries.
(some products can be delivered at short notice.)

DELIVERY TIME
We find the normal proceedure for placing a sympathy order for flowers is to request delivery for the day of the service, 1 hour, first thing in the morning, to 1.5 hours mid morning, to 2 hours later in the day, before the time the funeral starts from the point of delivery. We would always like to know the time the funeral leaves the point of delivery.

Where delivery is being madev to the Funeral Home, please identify the funeral home by name and state the time delivery requested at that address.

Where delivery is to a Church or Crematorium it is best made near to the time of the service, please state the time of service.

If the time at any point is unknown or not stated on the order we will always try to find out a time to the best of our ability. Please state the best and most immediate contact for you as we may have to confirm details.

DELIVERY AT SHORT NOTICE
We will always try to accomodate orders received at very short notice. Should you send an order which is required urgently we must ask you to state in the "extra information" box which is the quickest way to contact you should we need to speak to you urgently about your order. In some cases extra delivery charges may apply.

Please order a simple floral product if you require urgent delivery. Funeral Flowers in Cello, a Tied Sheaf or possibly a Spray.
