Entering the delivery date
on your order form:
The chart below is designed to help you enter a viable
delivery day/date into our order form. The day/date
you enter is a request from you which will confirmed
on your order confirmation document containing your
order reference number. Our order form will accept
any date entered from the list provided, that date
is still subject to our confirmation.

We
regret that we are unable to guarantee the exact
time your gift will be delivered.
Indications are with most couriers that
deliveries would normally be expected before 13:00hrs
on a Saturday. |

| Our
Saturday delivery Fruit Baskets gifts can only
be sent to addresses in mainland United Kingdom.

Saturday Fruit Delivery Gift will be delivered
by courier.

hrs is the cut off time on a Friday for
Saturday, next day delivery.
If you are ordering
on or just after this cut off time try entering
"ASAP" as your order date on the order
form. We will organise for the soonest possible.
If you order within a few minutes of cut off time
we may be able to still organise for the next
day, Saturday, providing you make it clear in
the "Extra Information" box on your
order form whether you will accept the soonest
normal delivery day, probably the follwing Tuesday
at normal cost if it is too late for the Saturday.
If you enter ASAP and it is too late for the Saturday
& no message is received your order will be
cancelled. |

| Q: What is the last time
I can place an order for delivery on a Saturday?

| A: In advance any time up
to the Friday before the Saturday. |
| Orders
must be received before 12:45 hrs on
the Friday. |
| Q: What happens
if, although I am paying extra for Saturday Delivery,
there is nobody at home? |
A: The following
conditions apply:
If the delivery is requested for the Saturday
we would expect someone to be at home to receive
& sign for your gift.
If there is nobody at home it is left to the driver
to decide what to do. This could mean leaving
a calling card asking the recipient to call to
arrange another delivery by appointment.
The Saturday gift cost for your order will remain
even if the gift is then delivered or collected
on a subsequent weekday.
This order cannot be cancelled if it is not successfully
delivered on the Saturday because there is nobody
at home. |

chart applies for most weeks of the year except
UK Bank Holidays and around main occasions like
Christmas/New Year, Valentines's Day, UK Mother's
Day and Easter when a separate information link
will be displayed in the box above right. |
