ORDER FORM DELIVERY DATE
The chart below is designed to help you enter a viable
delivery day/date into our order form. The day/date
you enter is a request from you which will confirmed
on your order confirmation document containing your
order reference number. Our order form will accept
any date entered from the list provided, that date
is still subject to our confirmation. |

BANK HOLIDAYS
Our order form may not recognise Bank Holidays - Please read separate Bank Holiday information which applies for all UK Bank Holidays. Requested delivery dates may be changed where they are not possible after a Bank Holiday even if they appear on our order form. |

| MULTIPLE GIFT ORDERING |
Each gift offered through our website is priced as a total delivered price for that individual gift. Our order process will allow you to order as many gifts as you require to be delivered to the same or different addresses, making one single payment.
Our gifts are supplied by different specialist suppliers from different geographical locations. It is normally not possible to combine gifts as one package. The soonest delivery date will be different for each gift. Some gifts are available for same day, most for next day delivery, a few will take longer to deliver.
Every reasonable attempt will always be made to make delivery on the requested delivery day.
We are however unable to guarantee delivery dates as they are in the final control of our couriers / delivery person over whom we have not absolute control. Each gift ordered is treated as an individual gift. As we are unable to absolutely guarantee the delivery day any gift which is delayed will be delivered as soon as possible after the requested delivery day. |

| PURCHASE OF ALCOHOL |
| Orders can only be accepted if placed by and paid for by a customer who is over the age of 18. Orders can only be sent to a recipient who is over the age of 18. Any orders for a special oocasion such as the birth of a baby must be addressed to one or more adults in the family. We understand that by placing an order you accept, confirm and agree to these conditions. |

| DELIVERY TIME |
| We
regret that we are unable to guarantee the time
your order will be delivered although delivery is expected any time through the working day from early to about 13:00hrs. We expect the couriers to deliver to business addresses in business hours. |

| DELIVERY COVERAGE |
| Our
Fruit + Champagne Gifts can only be delivered
to addresses in England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and Southern Ireland (Eire). This service does NOT include the Channel Islands. Please note:
Some delay may be expected with delivery to some
more rural and further distance addresses especially in parts of Scotland and Southern Ireland. |

Please Note: We use a courier delivery service to make deliveries for our Fruit Baskets products. Our guarantee of delivery is limited by the service provided by the courier company. |
