DELIVERY TIME REQUESTS
We
are unable to offer or accept any customer requests
for timed deliveries for the majority of our gifts
offered through our website.
We do have just two of our services
which can accomodate timed requests with limited conditions:
(1) London Express Fruit
Delivery Service: will achieve delivery within
4 hours from the order confirmation point. see link
below to soonest delivery chart.
(2) UK florist flowers deliveries:
we list below three exceptions where we will need
to be advised of times.

This service will only apply to UK florist flowers.

ABOUT THE POSSIBILITIES OF DELIVERY TIME AND ALLOW
US TO CONFIRM VIABILITY AND ANY EXTRA COSTS.
Where special circumstances prevail, important to
you, our customer, for reasons to do with the occasion,
such as a wedding, timed deliveries might be possible.
Extra costs will apply. see link below "urgent
deliveries"
Timed
deliveries cannot be organised through the services
using the Royal Mail or Courier. Delivery is fixed
by the service agreed and operated by that carrier.

DELIVERY TIMES > BUSINESS
ADDRESS TIMES
We offer to organise deliveries to a business
address for our UK florist deliveries. Inevitably
we presume that everyone who works at a business address
will go home at some time.
(a) For all orders placed by
the previous working day and by 12 noon on the same
day of delivery (10:00 hrs, where our florist is closed
halfday) where we presume that the recipients go home
at 17:00 hrs on the day of delivery, we will organise
delivery to the work address delivery point by 16:30
hrs.
(b) For all orders placed by
the previous working day and by 10:00hrs on the same
day where the recipient goes home at an earlier time
than 17:00 hrs, YOU MUST TELEPHONE or E-MAIL US TO
REQUEST AN EARLIER DELIVERY TIME IF THE RECIPIENT
WILL BE LEAVING EARLIER IN THE DAY. EXTRA CHARGES
WILL APPLY. This service is only available for
addresses in main towns where our florist is working
a full day.
(c) For any order requested,
for the same day delivery, to a business address,
placed after 12 noon UK time (or 10:00 hrs where our
florist is closed halfday), you should contact us
before placing your order. Your delivery may be possible
but additional costs may apply. If you send your order
without contacting us and it is received too late
to process on normal costs we will automatically hold
it over for the next business working day.
(d) For any other more urgent
delivery requests you must contact us by e-mail or
telephone before sending your order. Additional delivery
charges may apply.
PLEASE NOTE: WE WILL IGNORE
ANY DEMAND FOR A TIMED DELIVERY ENTERED ON THE ORDER
FORM, WHICH HAS NOT BEEN PREVIOUSLY REQUESTED AND
AGREED (FUNERALS EXCEPTED)
We
must insist that any customer requesting a timed delivery
should provide good immediate contact information
for themselves and it should be understood that you,
our customer, will be available to receive and reply
to any urgent communications from our office.
