One of the most important parts of filling in your order form is entering the correct order date. It is very important to enter a correct and viable delivery date.

Our aim is to help you enter the best date for you, to suit the reason for sending and at the same time to be sure that you choose a viable day. All of this is relative to the UK time and date of placing your order.

Each of our individual services works on a daily cut off time for immediate dispatch this can be checked through our "soonest delivery chart" and through the delivery date chart, below, which outlines the days that each gift can be delivered and how soon in advance it needs to be ordered.

Some gifts can be delivered on a Saturday either on a guaranteed or non guaranteed basis. Extra charges may apply. For the most part there are no Sunday deliveries.

The London Express Fruit Service and London Express Hamper Service will guarantee delivery to an address within The M25 motorway circle within four hours during the working day. All orders subject to confirmation.

Our UK florist flowers and your choice flowers service operate for most UK addresses, on Monday to Friday. Extra costs may apply according to when your order is received, the delivery location and the type of address. A floral product will be the main product. All orders subject to confirmation.

We can also offer to deliver most of our Champagne through the Drinks section on our site within Central London. Orders should be placed earlier in the day, especially for a business address. All orders will be subject to product availability and will attract an extra delivery charge. Please contact us by e-mail or phone to check before ordering.
