CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > WHERE TO ENTER YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS
Please enter your e-mail address in the "Customer Details" section of the order form. You will see a special distinctive red box provided at the end of the Customer Details section.
CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > IMPORTANCE OF YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS
Entering your e-mail address into our order form is a top priority part of the ordering process. This must be entered carefully and precisely. You, as our customer, are the only person who knows whether the e-mail address you have entered is correct.
CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > WHY WE NEED YOUR E-MAIL ADDRESS
Your e-mail address is used by our system to generate your initial order reply once you have sent your order. We subsequently use the address to send your manually checked order confirmation to confirm that your order has been charged and is going ahead. Lastly we use the e-mail address to communicate with you in the event of any problems at any stage of the order process.

CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > E-MAIL ACCURACY
Please check the accuracy of your e-mail address entered on your order form. Just very small errors will cause problems. Missing out the end of the address, is it .co.uk or .com or .net? Putting in an extra space where it shouldn't be, missing out the@ symbol, leaving out part of the start of the address. Watch out for the use of upper case where lower case letters are required. Your e-mail address must be exactly as the address you first registered.
CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > INCORRECT E-MAIL ADDRESS
If you enter your e-mail address incorrectly in the order form, your order will probably appear to be sent. You will probably receive a note on your screen immediately to say that it has been sent.
Your order may or may not arrive at our offices but it is unlikely that you will receive your initial e-mail order confirmation, confirming your order has been received. Our system will be unable to send this to an incorrect e-mail address.
If we do receive your order and we are unable to reply to you because the e-mail address is incorrect, we may try to telephone you, to make contact if you are based in the UK. If you are based in another country, we may not contact you, if the e-mail will not work. This is left to the discretion of the duty manager. Your order may or may not be processed at the discretion of our duty manager in the hope of further contact from you our customer.

CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > CUSTOMER AWARENESS
We expect every customer placing an order through our system, as a normal part of the order process, to check that their order has been successfully received, processed and finally confirmed back to the customer, by our offices, as going ahead.
If you, our customer, have failed to supply a viable, correctly spelt and entered e-mail address in the correct box provided on our order form, it is unlikely that your order will be processed.
It is part of our terms & conditions that we expect any customer who fails to receive their final confirmation, that their order is going ahead, to contact us immediately, as there is probably a problem. At this stage receiving an incorrect e-mail address to allow us to return messages is a major problem.
We will not accept any responsibility, complaint or application for compensation from any customer who failed to supply a correct viable e-mail address, resulting in non delivery of their order, especially where the order has not been confirmed by our offices.

CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > QUICK RESPONSE TO E-MAIL MESSAGES
Many of our customers provide an e-mail address on their order and then obviously forget to check for incoming mail for days. Our gift delivery service is as alive and responsive as we can possibly be.
We value our return messages being picked up as soon as possible with a speedy reply.
We cannot be responsible for order problems or delays resulting from our customers failing to pick up and reply to mail quickly.
CUSTOMER E-MAIL ADDRESS > WEEKEND AND OUT OF HOURS E-MAIL
If, as our customer, you are ordering from your office for a Friday, Saturday or Monday delivery, please consider providing a home e-mail address for weekend contact. This may be entered in the extra information box stating that it is for weekend contact. If this is supplied please try to check your mail reasonably regularly over that weekend period.
If no viable form of contact is supplied and a problem occurs with your order through late Friday to early Monday morning it will be left to our duty manager to decide on a course of action.
One such course of action will be to wait until the next opportunity to be able to contact or receive a reply from you our customer. We will still expect to proceed with your order even if it arrives later than requested if we would have overcome the problem by speaking to you on the day of delivery.
