CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE
NUMBER > WHERE TO ENTER CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE
NUMBER
We ask you to enter your daytime telephone number
in the "Customer Details" section of the
order form. This should be entered in line 2 below
your name.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER > IMPORTANCE OF
A DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
This phone number is especially important for UK based
customers. There are many occasions when queries arise
and we need to speak to our customers quickly.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
> INTERNATIONAL DAYTIME CONTACT
A day time telephone number is required for all customers.
We would tend not to use a daytime number so much
on a global basis for several obvious reasons. It
may however be used more in an emergency situation.
We would favour the use of e-mail to contact customers
resident outside the UK.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
> IMMEDIATE DAYTIME CONTACT
Please try to supply a day time phone number which
is likely to be answered. This can be a work number
or a home number or a mobile number. If you have more
than one number please put the second number in the
extra information box.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
> PHONE BLOCKED BY CONSTANT USE
If you are likely to be using your main telephone
number for Internet connection, which will effectively
stop us contacting you, please advise an alternative
number.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
> URGENCY FOR CUSTOMER CONTACT
There are many instances when problems occur that
we need to try to talk to our customers immediately.
We may have a driver waiting at a delivery location
for more immediate information to help complete your
delivery.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
> WEEKEND CONTACT
If your delivery is to be made on a Friday or Saturday,
especially if it is a florist driver delivery, please
consider supplying a home number for contact on the
Saturday. Office numbers are usually not much use
when a problem occurs on a Saturday.
CUSTOMER DAYTIME PHONE NUMBER
> INABILITY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER
Every effort will normally be made to contact any
customer in the event of o problem or query. Our first
line of contact for urgent situations, for UK based
customers, will normally be the telephone. We will
use e-mail for customers outside the UK.
In the event of a total inability
to make contact with our customer, through incorrect,
constantly engaged or total lack of correct day time
phone numbers, we will not accept any complaint, query
or criticism concerning an order, which could have
been avoided had we been able to make contact with
the customer.
We would expect to agree to
take the best delayed course of action to rectify
the problem concerned as soon as further contact could
be established.
