AUSTRALIA- IMPORTANT ORDERING INFORMATION:
The soonest delivery for any order will depend firstly upon when your order is received and processed in the UK and then on the time difference with Australia which is GMT + 10 hours it will also depend upon the day of the week you place your order plus any Public Holidays in either country. Every effort will always be made to organise orders at short notice. IF IN DOUBT PLEASE ENTER "ASAP" in the delivery date unless a specific future delivery date is required.
Delivery days are Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday morning. We regret we are unable to accept requests for a delivery time except for a Funeral where fullest information should be provided. Deliveries to remote areas are restricted to Monday to Friday only. Delays may be experienced to some rural addresses. Tasmania - There are no Monday deliveries. Specific flowers cannot be guaranteed.



We require a telephone number for the recipient at the delivery address for all orders. Even better please supply a land based number and a mobile number. Any order placed without a telephone number will be accepted as at customers risk. Please do not enter your own UK number for the recipient. Orders for delivery to a P.O.Box, Rural Route, Rural District and Royal Mail Bag addresses must be accompanied by the recipients full telephone number.
Funeral Orders: It is not customary to deliver Funeral Tributes to private addresses. Tributes are delivered to undertakers - unless specifically requested otherwise. Funeral orders must have the deceased person's name, normally addressed as "The Late Mr/Mrs" etc.
