FAST DELIVERIES
You will notice that all of our gift services will
achieve delivery at different rates. We would like
to bring to your attention some of the quickest ways
to achieve delivery.
Please bear in mind that any
delivery still has to be produced as well as delivered.
Extra costs will be incurred related to the speed
of delivery. This concept of being able to deliver
at short notice should not be confused with "timed
deliveries" which are a different subject.
It is important for the satisfaction
of all parties that we understand that the recipient
will be at the point of delivery, at the time of delivery.
In this section we offer you
an overview of the fastest way to achieve a quicker
delivery. We also refer you to the soonest delivery
chart. (see link below).
URGENT DELIVERIES > ASAP
GIFT DELIVERIES
Most of our gifts require at least one clear working
days notice to organise delivery. Please see "soonest
delivery chart" link at the bottom of this page.
Most of these gifts can only
be provided in this way and waiting for that extra
working day for delivery may be very worthwhile.
If you feel you cannot fill
in the correct delivery date for the quickest possible
delivery, you can just fill in todays date plus enter
"PLEASE DELIVER ASAP" in the extra information
box. We will check out the soonest your gift can be
delivered and confirm this date. This statement
does not infer a speedy delivery.
URGENT DELIVERIES > LONDON
EXPRESS FRUIT DELIVERIES
If you need a gift delivered within the M25
boundary, we can offer our London Express Fruit
Delivery Service.
Here we can deliver a basket
of fruit or fruit + gift, as displayed on our site,
within 4 hours of our order confirmation point. Check
out our products and prices within the "fruit
baskets" section of our site, looking for the
London Express Service.
We regret that this service
is not available for any UK region outside the M25
boundary.
URGENT DELIVERIES > UK
FLORIST FLOWERS DELIVERY - EARLY ORDERING
Most of the gifts offered through our UK florist
delivery service can be delivered during the same
working day. The earlier you send your order, on the
morning of the delivery day, the more likely that
it will be delivered that day and at normal costs.
We have more pressure on deliveries to a business
address because of the time people go home than on
a private address.

in our office to achieve same day delivery:
business address: by
12:00 hrs (10:00 hrs where florist halfday)
private address: by 13:30
hrs (15:00 hrs in some areas) (10:00 hrs where florist

hospitals: by 13:30 hrs

URGENT DELIVERIES > UK
FLORIST FLOWERS DELIVERY - LATER ORDERING
As the day progresses, same day deliveries by
our florist, can still be achieved. YOU SHOULD CONTACT
US BY E-MAIL or TELEPHONE TO CHECK DETAILS.
Extra costs will apply and these
may increase the later in the day, UK time, you place
your order, whenever the delivery is requested.
Deliveries to business addresses
are more difficult than to private addresses because
of the shorter relative time remaining in the day
to make the delivery.
Deliveries at short notice will
depend upon prevailing, weather, flower availability,
traffic and general workload.
We do not expect to be able
to organise very early morning or evening deliveries.
Deliveries will normally be made by a time or before
a time but not at a time. We organise and confirm
that deliveries will meet agreed customers requirements
on this basis we will not specifically confirm delivery.
To do this may cost extra and take more time, especially
later in the day.

CUSTOMER CONTACT
Any urgent or order placed at short notice requires
an extra degree of organising. If you contact us and
keep in touch, returning our calls or messages, we
will do our best to provide the service you require.
HOWEVER: ANY ORDER RECEIVED
FOR URGENT DELIVERY, WHERE, AS STATED ABOVE, THE DELIVERY
TIME SHOULD HAVE BEEN CHECKED WITH OUR OFFICES AND
THIS HAS NOT BEEN DONE, WILL BE PROCESSED AND CONFIRMED
FOR THE EARLIEST POSSIBLE DELIVERY DAY & TIME,
IGNORING ANY TIME STATED.
